Six Weeks to Mindful

Maybe you’ve tried lots of things to relieve and avoid stress - changed jobs, moved, made different friends. Healthy pursuits like exercise and diet; or not so healthy things like drugs and alcohol. Nothing seems to help calm the racing thoughts.

There is another way.

Designed with the beginner in mind, this six-week course teaches the foundations of mindfulness and secular meditation, different ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life, and will enable you to have your own near-daily practice.

Parent Empowered Group

Join us for a 6 session group, where you can have a cup of coffee or tea, connect with other parents who get it, and talk with a therapist who can help you feel more connected to your child and more empowered to be the parent you want to be.
