Step into a world of adventure and growth with our Dungeons & Dragons therapy group, specially designed for students in grades 6–8. This group blends creative tabletop role-playing with therapeutic skill building, offering a supportive and engaging environment where kids can safely explore emotions, strengthen social connections, and develop valuable life skills.
During each session, participants create their own characters and take part in shared storytelling quests that mirror real-life challenges. Your child will get to practice communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, and problem-solving—all while having fun in a welcoming, low-pressure setting.
Ideal for Kids Who:
- have a hard time connecting w/peers & making friends
- struggle with identifying and expressing their thoughts and feelings
- could benefit from a safe space to connect with other kids like them and practice the skills to help them thrive
