Teen Girls Empowered
groups for girls* ages 13-18
a space to discover her authentic self, embrace her light, and develop the skills, confidence, and courage to navigate her world from a place of self-respect and strength.
TEEN Girls Empowered Groups are weekly sessions designed to support teen girls with challenges around:
Self-esteem and body image
Assertiveness and sense of self
Depression and anxiety
Peer and family conflict
Managing strong emotions
Stress about school and future plans
Benefits to your daughter in our support groups include:
Increasing self-acceptance
Improving mood
Critically challenging the messages they receive from society and the media
Learning and utilizing healthy coping skills
Developing healthy communication skills
Feeling connected and supported by group members
Cost: $50/week, which includes the weekly group session, any supplies, and a weekly parent email including the group topic and parenting tips related to it.
