Parent Empowered Group
Ever feel alone as a parent?

Feel exhausted by all the running around and juggling everything in life?
Struggle to support your child or teen and what they are experiencing?
Join us for a 6 session group, where you can have a cup of coffee or tea, connect with other parents who get it, and talk with a therapist who can help you feel more connected to your child and more empowered to be the parent you want to be. Because when we feel more filled, we have more to give our kids.
Healing After Loss
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one or someone significant in your life? Have you found difficulty in accepting the reality of the loss or having a hard time adjusting to your normal routine? Are you experiencing self-blame or isolating from others?
If so, join us as we support and discuss the ways in which the loss of someone significant affects us. The purpose of this group is to provide information about the grief process, share experiences, and offer support to one another.
