How I work
I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and believe sessions should feel engaging and authentic. I often incorporate art and other personal interests into our work to help make the process comfortable, creative, and meaningful.
My Education & Trainings
I am currently pursuing my Master’s of Counseling with a concentration in Child & Family Therapy at Arcadia University. Before this, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, also at Arcadia University. During my undergraduate studies, I interned at The Barn at Spring Brook Farm, where I had the opportunity to do play-, art-, and animal-assisted therapies for children with disabilities. I also interned at a residential mental health house for teenage girls in the Poconos. My current job is at a drug and alcohol rehab working as a behavioral health technician.

I love everything spooky and alternative. Halloween is my favorite time of year, and I bring a little bit of it to every part of my life. I enjoy watching scary movies with friends and family, learning about and watching true crime shows, coloring in my “spooky cutie” coloring book, and making collages in my art journal. I also enjoy playing video games, reading, and doing needlepoint. I am a huge Pokemon, Harry Potter, anime, Hello Kitty, and YA novel fan. Fun fact about me: I lived in Japan for 3 months!
Working With Me
I offer sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays at our Jenkintown, PA office in support of the Low Fee Program.
