Hi, I'm Lauren! I help children and teens manage behavioral challenges, build healthier connections, improve self esteem, heal from trauma, and manage big emotions like anxiety, anger, and depression. Taking the first step towards healing and growth takes tremendous strength and courage! My goal is to educate, motivate, and encourage my clients on their path to achieve their fullest potential and most authentic self.

I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh in 2020
